We are proud to be working on behalf of one of Ipswich’s leading Independent Financial Advisor’s, who are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Services Administrator, with exposure to supporting Financial Advisor’s in a technical administration capacity
  • Considerable knowledge of investments, pensions, and protection/life cover
  • Immaculate communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to draft letters and communicate complex matters with clients
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workloads

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drafting suitability reports
  • Researching portfolios and funds, keeping abreast of market movements, trends etc.
  • Ensuring correct completion of all necessary documents
  • Keeping up to date with legislation, taxation & trusts, regulation, technical, product and provider changes.
  • Dealing with pension queries
  • Providing effective and efficient support to Financial Advisors and senior staff
  • Processing applications and servicing matters, communicating with providers, clients, and professional parties such as accountants and solicitors
