Are you an experienced financial planning administrator, looking for a Senior IFA Administrator in Ipswich with hybrid working?

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Adviser.

Duties for this role will include:

  • Processing new business including fund switches, pension transfers, top ups and income payments.
  • Keeping client records up to date.
  • Booking annual review meetings
  • Preparing letters of authority
  • Preparing meeting packs for client reviews.
  • Sutability reports
  • Onboarding new clients, setting up records and completing GDPR & AML requirements.
  • Dealing with client queries

The candidate:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook
  • Relevant experience within an IFA environment
  • Experience with Curo would be good
  • Able to manage their own workload
