Contract Type: Full time, PermanentAnnual Salary: £30,860 + end of year bonus and an excellent benefits package (OTE £33,946)

Your Role:As a Forklift Driver, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics department. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Operating counterbalance and reach forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles with precision
  • Organising and positioning stock to maximise productivity
  • Picking and packing orders with attention to detail
  • Maintaining forklift equipment and performing routine checks
  • Upholding health and safety standards at all times
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure high service delivery

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current Forklift certification (Counterbalance & Reach)
  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented with a professional and resourceful attitude
