* Acting as the first point of contact for client queries regarding services delivered under Marine Market Services contracts or under London Market Lineslips
* Preparation, collation and quality assurance of deliverables for clients
* Reviewing data collected from brokers and working closely with them to address any quality issues
* Organising meetings with attendees from company and client organisations
* Fielding ad hoc queries and requests from Clients and from the Marine Business Unit
The requisite skills and experience to fulfil these duties are as follows:
* Comfortable in customer-facing situations
* A focus on delivery
* Attention to detail and a focus on quality
* Good MS Office skills (Word & Excel) essential, knowledge of Access would be beneficial
* Excellent Communication skills
The role will require someone to be based in the Ipswich office on a full-time basis, with occasional travel to our London office.
This is a temporary role for approx. 3 months, with an opportunity to become permanent.
