Administrator required to join an established, respected and modern organisation based in Ipswich, just off Norwich Road. Due to continued growth an additional role has arisen within the admin team.
Main duties will include:-
- Data entry / updated in-house IT system
- Processing quotations
- Liaising with suppliers
- Replying to emails and taking phone calls
Skills and attributes: -
- Good knowledge of MS outlook, Excel and other in-house systems
- Knowledge of Sage (although not essential)
- Great attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Flexible working up to 40 hours per week, between 9am -5pm, Monday to Friday. Starting at c24K.
