We are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based on the outskirts of Ipswich looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the business with administrative tasks that will include:

  • Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Coordinate and manage bookings
  • Management of the daily reports, track, chase and report on any issues
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients.
  • Facilitate the regional meetings, scheduling dates, booking meeting rooms, creation of agenda and reporting on actions
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, documents
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
