We are seeking ambitious Construction Solicitors for multiple positions ranging from NQ to Senior Associate levels in East Anglia.
Candidates will be responsible for a diverse caseload, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts and providing legal advice throughout construction projects.
The role requires collaboration with architects, planners, and engineers, as well as handling dispute resolution through various methods.
Junior positions will involve business development and managing a caseload with support from senior team members, while senior roles will focus on managing junior staff and personal workload.

We have multiple opportunities for Construction Solicitors at varying levels of experience, ranging from NQ - Senior Associate across East Anglia.

Duties include a varied caseload of drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contacts with contractors, developers, funders, sub-contractors and individuals including:

Providing legal advice during construction projects
Advising on regulatory compliance and risk management
Collaborating with other professionals including architects, planners and engineers
Handling dispute resolution through litigation, mediation or arbitration.

The junior positions will have strong involvement with business development as well as managing their own caseload with assistance from senior members of the team, supporting the team with larger projects. The senior positions have a lean on management of the junior members of team, as well as managing their own workload.
