This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working arrangements, requiring three office days per week (one of which will be in Ipswich offices, with paid travel).

  • Focus: Supporting and managing endpoint devices and contributing to the firm's journey to the cloud

  • Endpoint Management: Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and other platforms.
  • Security: Implement security measures, including antivirus, encryption, and firewalls.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve endpoint hardware and software issues.
  • Automation: Streamline deployment with scripting languages like PowerShell.
  • Compliance & Updates: Ensure devices meet organisational policies and deploy updates and patches.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT teams to integrate solutions into the broader infrastructure.

  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with users and stakeholders
