Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate grab lorries, hotbox vehicles, or tarmac equipment as required.
- Transport and deliver materials (e.g., aggregates, asphalt) to construction sites or customer locations.
- Conduct vehicle checks and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness.
- Adhere to all road and health & safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and site staff.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) License (essential).
- CPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph Card (essential).
- Previous experience in grab driving, hotbox operations, or tarmac delivery.
- Knowledge of local Ipswich roads and surrounding areas.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
