The role
As a junior sous chef you will run a either the pastry or larder section in the kitchen, you will cook fresh food. you will prep your section and ensure your section is ready for service. In service you will cook your dishes to order. This role will include all the standard junior sous chefduties.

Expeirence
We are looking for a Junior sous cheffrom a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills and a passion for good produce.
