- Location: IP2 8AL
- Salary: £40,963.52
- Work Hours: 12-hour shift | 2 days 2 nights 4 off
- Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Role Overview:
- Perform electrical/mechanical maintenance on building services.
- Ensure 24hr cover on a shift basis.
- Maintain high standards of planned and reactive maintenance.
- Produce accurate reports and carry out testing/rewiring to 18th Edition IEE Regs.
- Use diagnostic equipment and technical manuals.
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds craft certificate/ONC or equivalent.
- Recognised craft apprenticeship.
- IEE 18th Edition certification.
- 2+ years post-apprenticeship experience.
- C&G 2391 or equivalent desirable.
