In this role, you will manage the daily activities of a small team, ensuring timely distribution of incoming documents and adherence to GDPR guidelines. Your focus will be on supporting internal teams by managing document workflows, setting up new claims, and maintaining compliance across various processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor team members, set clear objectives, and encourage their growth.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee the intake and distribution of documents, ensuring efficient processing in line with company standards.
  • Claims and Administration Support: Provide administrative support for new claims setup, maintain records, and coordinate archiving in compliance with GDPR.
  • Training and Development: Organise training for new team members and ensure all team processes are well-documented and understood.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity and ensure KPIs are met, reporting regularly to senior management and seeking improvement opportunities.
About You:You are an experienced team leader with excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach.
