You’ll play a key role in developing core features of a modular data platform used across sectors including law enforcement and financial services. This is a great opportunity to work on meaningful tech in a collaborative, agile environment where your ideas are valued.

• Build and enhance scalable backend systems in Python

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices

• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver new features

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practice standards

• Drive CI/CD and automation efforts

• 7+ years’ experience as a backend software engineer

• Proven expertise in Python development

• Solid understanding of AWS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and modern architecture

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with front-end tools and practices

• Experience in regulated industries (law enforcement, finance, etc.)
