Job Title: Shift Engineer
Location: Colchester
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Panama (days and nights)
Salary: 53,200 per annum (with overtime available)

We're hiring a Shift Engineer to join our Ipswich team. You'll maintain and repair industrial equipment, including pneumatics, palletisers, fluid systems and motors, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault diagnosis and repairs on manufacturing / production equipment.
- Understanding of proactive maintenance, continuous improvement and site-wide upkeep.
- Stock monitoring and previous experience using a CMMS system.
- Confident to work alongside others in a team environment
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in electrical engineering or equivalent apprenticeship
- Several years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Competent reading electrical and mechanical schematic drawings.
