Sonic Summary

LRL is seeking substation fitters for a long-term project in Ipswich.
Duties include the installation of busbars, earthing, brazing, and steel structures.
The position requires a CSCS card and offers two pay rates based on distance: Local Rate with a basic of £22 and Travel Rate with a basic of £26.
Overtime rates are £24 for Local and £28 for Travel, with double time at £26 and £30 respectively.
Candidates should have relevant experience, and there are additional attendance and retention payments available.

For this position there are two rates:

Local Rate (inside 50 Miles):

Basic: 22

Overtime: 24

Double Time: 26

Travel Rate (Outside 50 Miles);

Basic:26

Overtime:28

Doube Time:30

If you are close to being outside the 50 Mile Radius, there is some leniency.

There are also the following attendance and Retention payments:

Attendance:

Mon-Fri: if all shifts are worked - 50 per week

Sat-Sun: if both shifts are worked - 50 per week

(Paid in weekly pay)

Retention:

Mon-Fri: If all shifts are worked - 50 per week

(Paid after 8 weeks)
