This role sits within our Shared Services department which provides support services to the wider OCS Group and our front-line colleagues.

About The Role:

This is a maternity leave covering role starting in January 2025.

As Time and Attendance Coordinator you will be responsible for, but not limited to the below responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line Helpdesk support for the operational team(s).
  • Resolve 1st line Helpdesk support queries within set SLAs.
  • Escalate any 2nd line support queries to the wider team within set SLAs.
  • Structure changes on Timegate to reflect operational changes.
  • Running weekly payroll checks, ensuring errors are corrected (all while monitoring any training requirements to improve processes) and payroll reports.
  • Running weekly compliance checks in the system, escalating any issues to the Time & Attendance Solutions Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Microsoft Excel
