This position needs no experience as full training will be given by their experienced credit controller however, a desire to learn and develop is essential. As the role progresses there will opportunities for further development and growth in the credit control function leading to a rounded credit control role within the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Posting receipts
  • Responsibility for the incoming mailbox
  • Sending invoices to clients via post and email
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Calling customers to chase payment
  • Answering customer queries and escalating complex queries to the Credit Controller
  • Daily reporting to the Credit Controller
  • Ad Hoc duties to support the Credit Controller and wider finance team.
