We are on the lookout for a dedicated Warranty Assistant to enhance our client's customer care operations. The role is pivotal in refining our warranty services and elevating customer satisfaction levels. The successful applicant will be adept at handling warranty claims, coordinating warranty returns, and applying data analytics to foster business improvements.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Evaluate and process warranty claims in line with company policies, collaborating with service and engineering teams when necessary.
  • Generate and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to report on departmental performance.
  • Employ data analytics to drive business improvements, offering well-founded recommendations for product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee the warranty returns process, ensuring effective communication with dealers and suppliers for product assessments.
  • Administer warranty registrations, maintaining accurate documentation to support warranty validity.
  • Provide training and conduct audits with dealer partners to mitigate the effects of vehicle faults on our clientele.
  • Mentor warranty interns, fostering their development to contribute to departmental goals and their own professional growth.
  • Undertake special projects and perform additional duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the customer care department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing and presenting complex data effectively.
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess, with a track record of data handling and strategic recommendation formulation.
  • Outstanding customer service and organisational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general IT competency.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and keep stakeholders informed on progress and developments.
  • Competent in engaging with diverse company divisions and an international customer base.
  • Strong time management skills, with the aptitude to juggle multiple tasks and meet pressing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite is beneficial.
  • A meticulous approach to work, ensuring high standards of quality.
  • A self-starter, always seeking to add value and improve processes.
