Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier based in North Essex providing a high-end service to the Construction Industry. This newly created position of a Graphic Designer is to join their growing and fast-paced marketing team.
The successful Graphic Designer will become an integral member within the marketing team and will oversee the managing and production of high-quality visual content across four distinct brands within the group.
The successful Graphic Designer expectations:
- Degree in graphic design or marketing
- Portfolio of work to demonstrate at interview
- Experience creating trends in digital marketing and graphic design
- Driving license and car is essential due to some travel between office locations (mileage paid)

Purpose of the role:
The Graphic Designer needs to be a dynamic individual who can align with brand strategies and translating business requirements into effective visual communication.
The purpose of this position is to collaborate with colleagues to craft compelling offline marketing campaigns that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
Duties to include but not limited to…
- Design and produce diverse marketing materials, including advertisements and email campaigns
- Create compelling video and animation content for social media, websites and other digital platforms
- Serve as the gatekeeper for the visual identify and consistency of four brands, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards
- Prepare drafts and presents idea

Hours: Monday - Friday - (Hybrid working with Monday and Wednesday working from home) / Flexible hours between 7:00am - 7:00pm - 8 hour working day
Salary:£40-43K - dependant on experience per annum
