Your new companyHays are supporting a Financial Services organisation who are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality and compelling visual graphics across various touchpoints, focusing on brand development, design execution, collaboration and user experience. Your new roleAs the Graphic Designer, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as the sole designer within the Marketing team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing creative concepts for various marketing materials including digital, print and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and design consistency.
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

  • A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Animation or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the design industry and able to showcase a diverse portfolio.
  • Competence using a range of software tools, e.g. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro), MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Web Design (Sketch, Figma) and Project Management Tools (Hubspot, DotDigital, Asana, Jira, Wrike).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of fundamental design principles such as typography, layout design and colour theory.
