Day to Day of the Role:

Develop creative concepts for marketing materials across digital, print, and social media.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and design consistency.
Lead design projects from concept to completion, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
Enhance brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of our visual identity.
Manage multiple projects with precision, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
Over five years of experience in the design industry, with a diverse portfolio showcasing this.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and web design tools like Sketch and Figma.
Familiarity with project management tools such as HubSpot, DotDigital, Asana, Jira, and Wrike.
Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
Expertise in brand management, with a solid understanding of design principles.
Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering within budget.
Passion for creating user-centered designs that are visually compelling and functionally effective.
