On behalf of my client, I am seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join a dynamic, rapidly growing and award winning team with a passion for visual storytelling and brand development. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on user experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable leading design projects as the sole designer on the team.

Salary: 35-45k DOE

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop creative concepts for marketing materials across digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and design consistency.
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Enhance brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of our visual identity.
  • Manage multiple projects with precision, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Over five years of experience in the design industry, with a diverse portfolio showcasing this.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and web design tools like Sketch and Figma.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as HubSpot, DotDigital, Asana, Jira, and Wrike.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
  • Expertise in brand management, with a solid understanding of design principles.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering within budget.
  • Passion for creating user-centered designs that are visually compelling and functionally effective.
