- Reporting to the Directors, act as Company Health & Safety expert supporting the creation, implementation, development, monitoring, and review of safety arrangements
- Monitoring and enforcement of relevant safety rules and statutory safety requirements.
- Responsible for the creation, communication, and implementation of safety initiatives
- Work with any external advisors to ensure the business is working to current best practice for health and safety
- Act as chair of the Safety Committee reporting to management
- Full in-house auditing of H&S systems and training
- Oversee the QMS system for the business
