Sonic Summary
- Tennial Personnel is looking for a detail-oriented ISO Coordinator/Administrator for an electronics manufacturing company in Ipswich.
- The position is a temporary to permanent role, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm, following a 12-week probation period.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards, maintaining quality management systems, and assisting with audits.
- Candidates should have previous administrative experience in a manufacturing or quality-driven environment, with knowledge of ISO standards preferred.
- The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants are expected to have at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & 13485 standards and other quality management systems
Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation
Assist in internal and external audits, preparing necessary reports and documentation
Track and monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution
Support process improvement initiatives and facilitate ISO training for staff
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards
Manage company records, documentation and correspondence
Provide administrative support to the Operations and Quality departments
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and document minutes
Assist with procurement, supplier communications and office management
Maintain databases, filing systems and internal document control
Skills Required
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong attention detail and problem solving skills
Qualifications Required
Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 13485 standards and quality management systems
Previous experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing or quality driven environment
Experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage
