Staffright Group in Ipswich are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Coordinator to join our healthcare team, we have excellent tenure in our teams and this is an unusual opportunity to join our business!
This position will suit someone with experience of the recruitment industry or someone with strong customer service and admin skills, as this position is very much 'hit the ground running'.
You will be responsible for supporting the healthcare manager to run the healthcare division, placing temporary support workers, carers and nurses into supported living establishments, residential care homes and hospitals across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex. In addition to this you will be supporting with customer service, payroll, compliance, registering new workers, data entry and general administrative duties, as and when required.
You will also be required to support with our on-call service out of hours, so please bear this in mind when applying, as this may require taking and making calls outside of usual office hours, on a shared rota basis.
This will be a very busy position and at times may require visiting our customers, so it would be useful if have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, but this isn't essential.
In return for your hard work, you would be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, market leading - uncapped commission, pension and free parking, as well as other benefits to be discussed, car allowance. Genuine OTE for this position is 40-45k in your first year.
