Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective English Language lessons to GCSE students.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum.
- Level 3 qualification in English.
- Recognised Teaching Qualification.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Proven experience in teaching GCSE English Language.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract.
