Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition? We're looking for a proactive and driven In-House Recruiter to join my clientsteam on a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the company.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies..
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and manage offers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure records are kept upto date
- Assist with system change
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an in-house or agency environment.
- Strong communication, organisational
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- A keen eye for talent and a results-driven approach.
