The ideal candidate will excel in a community-focused environment, making decisive decisions and communicating with confidence and empathy. As the main point of contact for HR queries, the HR Advisor will provide invaluable support to managers and staff across multiple locations in the East of England. This hybrid role offers flexibility, requiring occasional travel to various sites as needed, with a competitive salary of £30,000 £32,000 FTE for 32 hours per week.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build credibility quickly.
