- Assist with the recruitment process, including: creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and helping to select and hire candidates
- Ensure company compliance is in line with employment laws and regulations, making sure policies and processes remain up to date
- Manage Employee Relations cases across the business including handling performance management, grievances, disciplinaries, absence management and any other dispute resolutions
- Assist with training and development for all employees including sourcing, booking, coordinating and keeping training material and files up to date
- Coordinating internal forums, including employee reps meeting and quarterly HR briefings
- Support company onboarding and offboarding processes
- Previous experience within a HR Advisor role is essential
- Understanding of employment law and experience of writing detailed HR policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
