Key Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly payroll of all staff.
- Resolving supplier enquiries to stop late payments.
- Reducing balances and resolving payment issues.
- Liaising with staff and partners.
- Managing ER - performance and absence management.
- Providing support to other members of the company.
- Develop production plans and track progression.
- Supporting onboarding
Skills & Experience required:
- 4/5 years HR Advisory experience
- Thorough understanding of employment law and legislation
- Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Pro-active problem-solving techniques.
- Versatile and adaptable
