Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing monthly payroll of all staff.
  • Resolving supplier enquiries to stop late payments.
  • Reducing balances and resolving payment issues.
  • Liaising with staff and partners.
  • Managing ER - performance and absence management.
  • Providing support to other members of the company.
  • Develop production plans and track progression.
  • Supporting onboarding

Skills & Experience required:

  • 4/5 years HR Advisory experience
  • Thorough understanding of employment law and legislation
  • Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active problem-solving techniques.
  • Versatile and adaptable
