As a HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in providing generalist HR support across the business, working closely with managers and employees to drive best practice. This role will see you working across various supplier sites, offering a mix of operational and strategic HR support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
-Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
-Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
-Assisting with performance management and talent development strategies.
-Leading on HR projects to support business objectives.
-Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
-Working closely with managers to drive engagement, wellbeing, and development.
About You
You're an experienced HR Generalist, ideally with a background in a fast-paced or multi-site environment. With a strong understanding of UK employment law and best practice, you're confident in handling employee relations cases and providing expert advice to managers. Adaptable and proactive, you thrive in a role that requires working across multiple locations, building strong relationships along the way. Most importantly, you're passionate about people development and driving continuous improvement within the business
