Waddington Brown is pleased to be working with an Ipswich-based client looking to recruit an HR Coordinator on a Fixed Term, Part-Time Contract, with the potential to go permanent. The salary for this role is £27,000 - £32,000 FTE (30 hours per week). This exciting standalone position offers the chance to make a tangible impact within the organisation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a champion of the organisation’s core values, ensuring they are upheld by all staff.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and events, while providing managers with advice and guidance on employee relations and HR policies.
  • Assist with the review and update of company policies, ensuring they remain inclusive, fair, and current.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Play a key role in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, background checks, contract issuing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to employee benefits programmes, wellness initiatives, and produce management reports when required.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator position. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage HR processes efficiently are essential. While a CIPD qualification is desirable, it’s not essential.
