Our client, a well known and established International organisation in Ipswich is looking to urgently appoint an experienced HR professional for a period of 3 months to support the ER team.

Reporting directly to a Group ER Manager, the role will support the function which provides proactive HR advice in line with legislative requirements and best practice. You will liaise with and advise Heads of department, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Employees in all aspects of generalist HR. This will also include managing complex & varied casework, supporting HR colleagues with generalist HR and project work.

The successful candidate must be available at short notice, will be experienced in dealing with complex and sensitive problems and be able to communicate effectively at all levels whilst working autonomously. You will be a pragmatic individual who is flexible and thrives in a fast paced environment. Strong ER experience gained in frontline environments & a thorough knowledge of UK employment law is essential.
