- Act as a values guardian, ensuring we hold each other and the business to account to deliver our services in line with our values and behaviours
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives including employee surveys and events
- To support the review of company policies to ensure fairness and equality.
- Support managers with guidance and advice on employee relations issues and people policies across the business; supported by the HR Manager, where needed. To maintain HRIS and employee data, ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Ensure excellent candidate experience from enquiry through to offer and onboarding
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- To support the development and implementation of best practise onboarding and induction processes
- Administer the company benefits programmes, including employee communications, invoicing and benefit enrolment
- Support the delivery of the employee wellness programme to enhance and improve wellbeing and health of our employees
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Identify opportunities for improvements across the function.
