This is a Business Analyst role for a large, enterprise-level organisation who are growing their IT & Change team.

In this Business Analyst role you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects. From implementing and upgrading systems and applications to driving operational improvements, process changes, and regulatory compliance, this role offers the chance to work on a wide range of exciting and meaningful initiatives.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of all the projects, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and support the design of solutions that deliver real value. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tasks such as mapping current "as-is" and future "to-be" processes, coordinating workshops with stakeholders, analysing data flows, and preparing user stories or functional requirements.
