Due to their ongoing expansion, they are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service IT Administrator. Role Overview:

The Customer Service IT Administrator will be the first point of contact for our client’s customers, responding to calls and emails to assist with IT-related issues. The role primarily involves logging tickets, troubleshooting basic problems, and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Accurately log support tickets in the helpdesk system, capturing all relevant details.
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, such as password resets and connectivity issues.
  • Escalate more advanced issues to the technical support team.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
