A fantastic opportunity for a passionate IT Service Desk Analyst to join a dynamic team based in Ipswich.
As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for users across multiple sites.
This is a hybrid role, where you will be required to work onsite in Ipswich 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first line and second-line technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions
- Build, deploy, and configure hardware and software for new users
- Assist off-site users and remote offices with technical support
- Conduct hardware maintenance and software support
- Proven experience in IT support within a Microsoft environment, including Office 365 and Active Directory
- Knowledge of hardware components and network configurations
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus
