Senior Project Manager

This is a Senior Project Manager role for a growing business who are looking to grow their IT & Change team.

You will be part of the dedicated IT & Change Team, which consists of Project Managers, Business Analyst’s and other SME's across the full delivery life cycle. The work within the IT & Change team involves projects that vary in nature from size, value and complexity, and will span across the different departments and functions of the business, and so the stakeholders and project deliverables will differ from project to project.

You’ll be working directly with the key stakeholders across all departments of the business to clarify project aims and objectives, create plans and manage the successful delivery of projects. You’ll also be expected to have an influence in the future of the business with bringing some of your own ideas to the table being part of the strategic growth.

As the Senior Project Manager, you'll be great at building relationships with internal and external team members, business partners and suppliers, engaging with all involved parties to keep the project on track and full of forward momentum. The 'Senior’ aspect of this role will mean working on some of the larger more complex projects whilst providing mentorship to some of the junior PM's in the team.
