Technical Administrator

Full time, Permanent Role

Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm).

Based in Ipswich - Hybrid Working available after successful completion of probationary period (min. of 3 days in the office, up to 2 days at home).

Circa £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience + an excellent benefits package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support within the Technical department
  • Liaise with clients, Area Technical Managers, and Site Technicians
  • Handle internal and external telephone enquiries
  • Administration of live project documents and notifications
  • Process technical specifications and review project documents
  • Maintain high standards of service and accuracy
  • Prioritise workload to meet business demands
  • Assist within other areas of the department/business as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent communicator with professional, friendly, and resourceful approach
  • Advanced level of computer literacy
  • Motivated, driven individual with excellent organisational abilities
  • Good level of spelling and grammar
  • Technically minded and approachable with a diplomatic nature
