Bristow Holland is looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a well-established and growing business based in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory.
  • Support and administer Office 365, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
