Bristow Holland is looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a well-established and growing business based in Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory.
- Support and administer Office 365, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows OS and related applications.
- Deliver excellent customer service while handling IT support calls and tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- At least 2 years of IT support experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows OS.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users.
- Experience handling support calls and managing tickets efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
