Atrium Healthcare, on behalf of our client, is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Team Leader. If you are passionate about supporting children with learning disabilities (LD) we want to hear from you!

Your Role: As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and secure environment for children with learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

路Working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere for children in care.
路Using your qualifications and experience to deliver tailored care to children with learning disabilities and diverse needs.
路Motivating, guiding, and empowering children to reach their full potential within a residential care setting.
路Facilitating activities and interventions to promote the well-being and development of the children in care.
路Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans and strategies.

Requirements:

路NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential or an equivalent qualification.
路Due to the location, a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
路Proven experience working in a children's residential environment, particularly with learning disabilities.
路Excellent behaviour management skills and a solid understanding of safeguarding principles.
