  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:00pm & Friday, 7:30am – 1:00pm
  • Salary: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (£26,325 - £29,250 per annum)
  • Holidays: 25 days per annum plus paid bank holidays

  • Assembly, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment used in heavy engineering.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure precise manufacturing standards.
  • Using slings and operating overhead cranes to handle components safely.
  • Maintaining high levels of personal motivation and discipline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Carrying out additional duties as required to support production.
Requirements:
  • Apprentice trained or time-served in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience in medium to heavy engineering.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical processes and engineering best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a skilled team.
