We are pleased to be working alongside an innovative Claims Management company who are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality of claims processing through the implementation and management of quality assurance processes and procedures.

Please be advised that this role is 100% remote, therefore applicants must be comfortable and at ease working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing claims data and identifying emerging patterns and gaps in existing processes to improve the overall claims process.
  • Conducting audits and reviews of claims to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and procedures, verifying that payments were made correctly and in accordance with appropriate plans and policies
  • Identifying and analysing potential risks and fraud within the claims process
  • Assisting with developing training materials, documentation, quick reference guides and helping to facilitate training sessions with the claims team
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims quality assurance

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 4 years of experience in claims quality assurance or related field
  • Prior claims adjusting experience (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous experience working with data analytics tools.
