A dedicated Loan Admin Officer is sought to join a dynamic team within a growing company. This role involves managing various loan portfolios, ensuring optimal post-completion servicing for multiple clients. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Review and Process Requests: Accurately handle information requests within agreed timelines, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Customer and Advisor Interaction: Address standard loan enquiries promptly, providing reliable and up-to-date information.
- Account Management: Make amendments to customer accounts adhering to procedural and regulatory standards.
- Financial Management: Inform customers of due payments, manage collections according to BACS rules, and process financial transactions accurately.
- Loan Security and Compliance: Manage the release of loan securities upon fund receipt and ensure loans approaching expiry are followed up appropriately.
- Professional Liaison: Maintain professional relationships and streamline processes by working closely with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Report system or loan discrepancies and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Numerical Proficiency: Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations related to figures, instalments, and interests.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in information recording and processing is crucial.
