Protection Insurance Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Insurance team, helping and supporting customers to ensure their mortgage protection is in place.

This role has scope for progression within the mortgage and/or protection industry.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a track record of working in insurance or financial services environment and ability to achieve deadlines

• Passionate about providing a great customer experience

• Great communication skills

• Positive, professional telephone manner

• Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail

What you will be doing:

• You will be speaking to potential customers on the phone and completing an insurance application’s including Life, Critical Illness and Income Protection policies.

• Deal with any client’s queries or concerns.

• Staying in contact with clients through their Insurance Journey

• Chase Insurers and GPs for relevant reports

• Taking part in regular 121s and training sessions

What we are offering:

• Basic salary: £26,000 per year starting salary

• OTE up to £30,000

• 29 days holiday (including bank holidays and a day off for your birthday)

Role: Permanent full time (Office based - Ipswich) Monday to Friday
