We are looking for a Stock Systems Administrator to join their team.

The need to know

  • Location: Ipswich
  • Job Type: Permanent, full time
  • Hours: 37.5 hour per week
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

The day to day.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the physical stock of the business is accurately reported and up to date. A keen eye for detail is absolutely essential; ideally you will have worked in the same/similar role within FMCG.

We are looking for accuracy, good administration, customer service and telephone skills, the ability to use Microsoft packages, and enthusiasm to learn.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Data entry for stock movements at external warehouses, including remote inbound and outbound administration, production order processing and stock check administration.
  • To monitor and report activities for any stock imbalances.
  • To assist in the set up and maintenance of SAP master data.
  • To ensure the physical pallets of the business is accurately reported and up to date within the computer systems.
  • To track, query and report Customer Rejections / Returns.
  • To assist the Warehousing Systems Manager with the creation of new Materials in SAP as required by Commercial team.
