As an Assistant Town Planner, you will work closely with our experienced team to support a variety of planning projects. You will gain exposure to all aspects of the planning process, from initial research to the submission of planning applications.

Requirements for the Successful Assistant Town Planner

  • A degree in Planning, Geography, or a related discipline (working towards or keen to pursue MRTPI accreditation is a plus).
  • A genuine interest in town planning and the built environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Some experience (e.g., through internships or placements) in planning or a related field is desirable but not essential.
