About the Role:Penguin Recruitment are seeking a motivated Graduate Planner to join a dynamic planning team based in Ipswich. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while assisting in the preparation of planning applications, conducting research, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning team in preparing planning applications and reports.
- Conduct site visits and research to gather relevant information.
- Assist in the consultation process with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of planning strategies and policies.
- Stay updated on planning legislation and best practices.
About You:
- A recent graduate with an RTPI accredited degree in Planning or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- A passion for planning and sustainable development.
