This can include any work experience to date.Our ideal candidate will have or be:• 3 A levels or equivalent a Law degree / qualification or relevant experience within a legal or law environment• Good organisational skills• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise your work• Keyboard skills / accurate data entry• Strong team playing skills• Work with honesty and integrity• Excellent attention to detail• Methodical approach• Courteous and efficient telephone manner• Well developed communication and inter-personal skills• Ability to display empathy to clientsIt is essential that you keep up to date with any changes in the law or procedures relating to this disciplineYour main duties will involve:• Dealing with incoming post• Handling high volume of telephone calls (both incoming and outgoing)• Responding to and sending high volume of emails, letter writing / drafting documents• Considering evidence from different sources• Making judgements / decisions relating to liability• Liaising with clients and progressing matters effectively and efficiently• Dealing with client queries and complaints• The ability to deal with clients and third parties in a professional and competent manner is essential  If you have the relevant experience or qualifications listed above please apply today.
