  • Commercial and Property Litigation
  • Running their own caseload, and building client relationships for repeat business.
  • AN understanding of insolvency and security over business and property assets.
  • Claimant professional negligence cases and construction industry clients would be useful.
  • Dealing with the Business and Property Courts of the High Court and with the on-line file system.
  • Dealing with the County Court.
