Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including contractual, shareholder, and partnership disputes.
- Provide strategic advice to clients across various sectors, from SMEs to large corporates.
- Draft and negotiate litigation documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
- Represent clients in court hearings, including interim applications, case management, and trials.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless service to clients.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally within a reputable law firm.
- Strong knowledge of commercial dispute resolution and relevant legal procedures.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage relationships.
- Ability to handle complex and high-value litigation matters with a commercial mindset.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing caseloads and deadlines.
